 Surgent McCoy Client Alerts
How do they work? Follow these easy steps:

Choose from the options on the order form. You can order Client Alerts in a subscription format: 10 individual tax alerts, 10 business tax alerts, or a package of all 20 alerts. Or, pick and choose from any of our individual or business alerts and order one-by-one. To see what an alert will look like, click on the title on the order form. When you have decided what to order, click "add to cart."

Enter the number of professionals in your firm, and then click "continue." A professional is defined as a full-time accountant or CPA.

Choose your format

Click "checkout," or return to the order form to add more items to your cart.

Let us know if you would like to customize your alerts by selecting "yes" or "no." Then, click "continue with order."

If you have chosen not to customize, simply proceed with the rest of the order form. You will be asked to enter a credit card number for payment, then click "submit." You will receive a confirmation of your order via email. In addition, any individual or business tax alerts that you have ordered will arrive in your Inbox within a few minutes (one email per alert). Please note: All alerts will be sent to the email address listed on the order form and will come from ClientAlerts@cpenow.com. Please be sure that your email service is enabled to receive messages from this address, and that you can receive HTML messages.

If you have chosen to customize, fill out the customization form with any information that you want to appear on your alerts. Then, click "view sample customization" to approve the customization or make changes. Once you have approved your customization, simply complete the remainder of the order form. You will be asked to enter a credit card number for payment, then click "submit." You will receive a confirmation of your order via email. If you have not chosen to include your logo, any individual or business tax alerts that you have ordered will arrive in your Inbox within a few minutes (one email per alert). For alerts with logos, you must reply to the order confirmation email with your logo attached. Your alerts will be emailed within 1-2 business days after we receive your logo. Please note: All alerts will be sent to the email address listed on the order form and will come from ClientAlerts@cpenow.com. Please be sure that your email service is enabled to receive messages from this address, and that you can receive HTML messages.
Please note: Once an order has been submitted, no refunds can be processed for Client Alerts.
