The serial number consists of 17 letters/numbers and 4 dashes and can be found in your
on-line order confirmation, on your
CD jewel case, or in the front of your textbook. Please enter the serial number
exactly as it appears (for example: LIBR-5555-5555-5555-2).
The course
code is a 4-character acronym. If you have ordered an individual course,
this code is the same as the first 4 letters of your serial number.
For course packages, you have one serial number for all of the courses
in the package. However, each course has a unique course code.
