For more information regarding administrative policies such as complaint and refund, please contact our offices at 1-800-778-7436, ext. 9606 . If you are not completely satisfied with any CPE product, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or credit of the product price. The item must be in saleable condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.Surgent McCoy's Program Cancellation Policy:
Surgent McCoy does not cancel programs from May of the present year to the end of April of the following year. At times we may have to put a course on back order in order to make appropriate updates. Your course will be sent as soon as it is re-released.
Please Note: Due to changes in the renewal process by the CFP Board, Surgent McCoy no longer qualifies self-study courses for CFP, CLU, and ChFC credit. This change took effect on July 1, 2008
