For more information regarding administrative policies such as complaint and refund, please contact our offices at 1-800-778-7436, ext. 9614 . If you are not completely satisfied with any product, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or credit of the product price. The item must be in saleable condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Surgent McCoy's Program Cancellation Policy:
Surgent McCoy does not cancel programs from May of the present year to the end of April of the following year. At times we may have to put a course on back order in order to make appropriate changes. However, that would normally take about 2 weeks and your course could still be ordered and sent as soon as it is re-released.
