Having Trouble with Your Serial Number?
If you receive a message that your serial number is invalid, the following are the most common causes:
- You are attempting to access a course that you have not purchased. Please double-check our website for the list of courses included on your package.
- You are not entering the complete serial number. Please note that the serial number should be entered exactly as it appears
(e.g., SECC-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-x).
- You are entering an incorrect course code (online only). Courses are downloaded one at a time, so please double-check our website for the list of courses included on your package.
