Having Trouble with Your Serial Number?

If you receive a message that your serial number is invalid, the following are the most common causes:

  1. You are attempting to access a course that you have not purchased. Please double-check our website for the list of courses included on your package.
  2. You are not entering the complete serial number. Please note that the serial number should be entered exactly as it appears
    (e.g., SECC-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-x).
  3. You are entering an incorrect course code (online only). Courses are downloaded one at a time, so please double-check our website for the list of courses included on your package.
