Surgent Live Webinar CPE

SURGENT McCOY LIVE WEBINARS
Group Registration

How to Register:

To register a group (more than one person viewing on the same computer) for an individual webinar, choose the group "add to cart" button for that webinar. You will be asked to select a proctor for the course, who will verify the group's attendance through the use of an Attendance Verification Form.

How to Verify Attendance:

Proctors should print the Webinar Attendance Verification Form, which is found in their registration confirmation email, and bring it to the webinar. Participants must indicate their arrival time and departing time and sign next to their name. Following the webinar, the proctor should verify the information, sign, and date the form.

How to Submit Attendance Verification Forms:

Proctors may scan and email the form to webinars@cpenow.com or fax to (610) 688-3977. No CPE credit can be issued for any members of the group until this form has been received. Firms should also retain a copy for their records.

CPE Credits:

Once the Attendance Verification Form has been received by Surgent McCoy, attendance will be verified and CPE certificates will be issued by email. Surgent McCoy reserves the right to deduct the amount of CPE issued for participants arriving late or leaving early.

Additional Attendees:

Attendees may be added to an original group registration by clicking here, or by clicking "Add Attendees to a Group Registration" on the website home page. Attendees who are added after the original group registration may not appear on the Attendance Verification Form; however, they may write in their names and will receive CPE credit as normal.
